But, the Republicans really are. I know this because Dems are putting forth ideas to make elections transparent, verifiable, and encourage as much participation as possible. But the Republicans are fighting all of these ideas with false claims that these efforts actually muddle elections.
It's like someone on a diet refusing to get on a scale because it might show that he's not really losing weight.

They mean making it easy and safe for everyone to vote.
