But anyone who serves people more COVID-risky settings should have one.

some college level young people. Their parents need to think long and hard, and the church holding this rally can't coerce them to appear the way some other churches and organizations have forced people to attend Trump events. Otherwise the liability agreement is null and void.

EDIT: This is wrong. The kids will be attending the event in Phoenix. Wonder if they will be asked to sign a similar release.

If you're looking to attend President Trump's rally in Tulsa next Friday, you must first agree not to sue him if you get coronavirus.

but what we did learn in that time, all this usually does is discourage folks from suing, but of they actually do, the claim could be upheld and a judgement could ensue

Oklahoma recognizes them under specific circumstances. Look at this brief analysis discussing the state of Oklahoma:

31. The section I found most interesting was the "Violation of Public Policy" language:
Thu Jun 11, 2020, 07:04 PM
Jun 2020

"3. Violation of Public Policy. Courts have identified two classes of exculpatory clauses which violate public policy: (1) those which—if enforced—patently would tend to injure public morals, public health or confidence in the administration of the law, and (2) those which would destroy the security of individuals’ rights to personal safety or private property."

One could argue that knowingly exposing thousands and thousands of people to a deadly pandemic disease, just to hold a political rally at a time when 115,000 people have already died and two million others have become infected, and the CDC and various other government agencies have repeatedly warned the public not to attend such events, and states have banned such gatherings, is not good Public Policy.

Will they fill the arena?

If so, I hope someone is following the virus in, say, a 50 mile radius for the surge.

coerced.

Used to be that people would dumb for the camera and wearing some stupid hat/shirt. $50? pays for a lunch/dinner.

Now that you can actually die by attending one of these staged events, maybe $500 or perhaps $70,000 (one trip by Jr.).

Who's paying for this? Russians?
(Stupid question. The US taxpayers.)

Go to the rally, then you can stay for the medical care when the arena gets converted to an emergency hospital!

And don't be surprised when the stadium sticks you with the bill either.
