The woman doing the stairs puts her phone down to record ...as near as I can tell her face is never visible. The 'racist' woman walks by going up the stairs, and there's no problem...then less than 30 seconds later the 'racist' woman comes back down the stairs, and there's a problem.

And they get into an Internet worthy war of words....while 'racist woman' is wearing a floppy hat and sunglasses.

And now, supposedly, the cops are looking for her. For what?

In my opinion, this is two people reaching out for their fifteen minutes of pseudo-fame.

The racist woman (while going up the stairs) walks past exercise woman once, and nothing is said. Nothing happens. Everything is ok.

Less than thirty seconds later, racist woman comes back down the stairs, and still nothing happens...they don't bump into each other, or anything...one of them just say's 'jesus'.

Then, it's 'let's get famous' time.

But they've both gone out of their way to not actually be identified.

I could be wrong. I've been wrong before, and I'm sure I'll be wrong again. But, I've been right plenty of times too.

To me, this looks like two people trying to be quasi-famous. I guess time will tell.
