He took a knee on George Floyd's neck for 9 minutes.

He knew exactly what he was doing. You can tell from the smirk on his face and the nonchalant hand resting on his thigh. He knew exactly what taking a knee meant to black people. He knew and he was thrilled at the pain that he caused.

He murdered George Floyd on camera and in front of a protesting, anguished crowd.

He smirked. He thinks he will get away with it. Please don't let that happen.

is handling the case, not the compromised county DA, I bet that unlike many such cases, this one will NOT be handled in such a way as to deliberately lose, or to minimize the punishment. And I bet that just generally, a jury will be repelled by the video and the arrogant attitude Chauvin displayed, not to mention being worried about the consequences (in terms of civil unrest) of an unjust outcome to the trial.

He will go down legally and in the history books as a murderer, which is what he is.

He will not get away with it, never fear.

You could tell he believed he would get away with it, probably because he had done it before.

Oddly, I almost didn't recognize him in his mug shot. He looked diminished.

What a loathsome cockroach of a man.

He had such an arrogant air about him as he extinguished George's life, like it was some kind of psycho performance art. Sick.
