At a time when a company in Maine has to destroy thousands of swabs because IMPOTUS refuses to wear a mask, you're criticizing our nominee for having one visible.

I thought it showed he was wearing one and that he needed to let it slip in order to be heard. It is something any of us would do. It also shows he is strong and above ego. Go, Joe. I also agree it is an endearing moment.

It’s fine I’m sure the repugs will mock him but this election is all about those that wear a mask and those that don’t. Those that don’t don’t give two fucks about their fellow human beings.

it's quick and easy to get your mask on when you need it. Since its basically half on already, you only touch the ear piece, not the fabric which gets dirty as in filters the air I breathe. it saves a lot or time.

I don't want to lay my mask on any surface in a public place due to the higher risk of contamination. If I put that mask on, whatever nasty stuff the mask picked up is getting on my hands and face, adding to my exposure risk.

Joe's doing it right, and you could learn something from his example.

Ridiculous.

Anyone wearing masks probably does the same thing -- I do, unless I'm using a Buff. This is nothing strange at all.

The optics are not only fine, they are great! At least someone running for Prez is taking this seriously.

as in minimizing how often and where you touch the mask and also not letting it get into contact with something that others might have been in contact with. But it also might have been just out of convenience.

Have you noticed how Biden is doing all the things a normal president would do in a time of crisis, while the actual president barricades himself inside the WH and takes zero responsibility for the utter chaos that envelops the United States?

I give his advisors an A++

It’s a great optical. He does what he advocates we do, he keeps it in the visual field, people say things about it and he gets to smile and say “Why yes, I DO act responsibly and don’t let vanity keep me from protecting you.”
