RWNJs want retired generals who criticized Trump recalled to active duty, then court-martialed

Saw a tweet about this from RWNJ and faux journalist John Solomon this morning, linking to an article on his faux news "Just The News" site, and that's now been retweeted by OAN's laughable WH correspondent, Chanel Rion.

Given Trump's fondness for OAN and John Solomon (long a favorite guest of Hannity's), I won't be surprised to see Trump tweet something about this.

Though I don't think Trump is brave enough to try it.

I wish he'd try. He won't, but I could see him tweeting some vague threats about it captain queeg Jun 2020 #1

Might be interesting if he tried it. Would be a military court and much different than a civil or criminal court.

Prevents Officers from "disparaging" the President.

Which is a fairly broad standard and a seldom used offense.

Technically retirees still fall under the UCMJ, so could be tried

Good luck with that though.
