Powerful artwork....

I came across this artist named Adrian Brandon last night. However old the person was when they died, is the amount of time he spends coloring their picture. Tamar Rice was only 12 when he was murdered, so the artist only spent 12 minutes coloring his picture.

“I want the viewer to see how much empty space is left in these lives, stories that will never be told, space that can never be filled.”

They are very well done, but heartbreaking. So sad, and we have seen a lot of sadness since March. How much more will we see before November 3rd. Daily there is heartbreaking news on the coronavirus. Daily there is more news about police brutality. Daily there are announcements from the tRump administration that destroy another piece of our nation. Daily there is news about tRump's impact on the world. When will enough truly be enough? For every gain we get, we seem to have more losses. I can't handle much more! I hate the orange *ss and his administration so much. Nothing that happens to them will be enough.

that would make a good home for this powerful work. One of which could be: "The National Memorial for Peace and Justice, which opens Thursday on a six-acre site overlooking the Alabama State Capitol, is dedicated to the victims of American white supremacy. And it demands a reckoning with one of the nation’s least recognized atrocities: the lynching of thousands of black people in a decades-long campaign of racist terror." https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/25/us/lynching-memorial-alabama.html

Then, there is the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture that would be seen by many more folks.
