One of the BEST ways, believe it or not, to stop this behavour is sue the city to the point they have to fire the bad ones.

Now, this will only work for a little while because as we speak a traitor who works for Putin, his name is Mitch McConnell, is filling the courts with judges that will NEVER find for patriots and law abiding people.

Sue in Civil Court. The city shouldn't have to pay these fees any longer. It takes away money the cities need to function.

CIVIL COURT, I believe is the answer to this abuse of power

The city has the insurance and the money, this is how you force the city to stop hiring racists.

ya know, because they don't have the money to maintain public parks, education, road maintenance, hospitals, the list goes on and on.

I'd much rather see the enforcers sued and the unions sued. Bankrupt them they deserve it.

Take his money. He doesn't deserve it especially after murdering people. We don't know how many others might have died by his hand, knee or what other devices he might use.

ETA: I wonder if this is why his wife filed for divorce!

Out of curiosity, what do we give the cops who actually protect and serve the populace? You know, all eleven of them?...

I think he’s 50 so they are calculating into old age. He probably has a pension of 2500 a month.

Anyway, it is to me.

And the thing is, Chauvin will never be free now. Even if he doesn't spend any time in prison, he'll have to look over his shoulder for the rest of his life. I sure wouldn't want to live like that.

Set aside the amount; the issue (likely a matter of Union negotiations) is that someone convicted of wrongdoing in conjunction with his job is still eligible for the full amount.
