Had the closed captaining on because he slurs so much. He must have practiced this speech.

For 2 weeks, separated as much as possible with masks. So being responsible.

Then the squad and battalion commanders probably ordered it.

It would be considered uniform.

If they all took them off after seated, it was probably ordered as well.

I have attended West Point graduations, mostly recently in the late 80s, and if I recall correctly most of the women wore pants.
