He seems to have little strength in his grasp and for fear of not being able to firmly hold the glass, he has to assist with the left hand. I recall many noticing his walk and the way he uses his hands carrying his binders, otherwise, he never carries anything, maybe that's why he couldn't close an umbrella. Nerve damage of some sort would be the issue, maybe from a mild stroke?

Especially on his right side. Whoever put it on him completely missed his right temple - there's a very pale spot there. You'd think somebody so vain would do a better job of it. I also noticed how pale his ears look in comparison to his face in the first clip. I know it's minor compared to what a horrible person he is, but he can't even seem to get his narcissism right anymore!

certain diseases/occurrences will create the need to do this, dementia & stroke to name just two. It's also possible that he could have arthritis or other issue in his shoulder that creates a 'hitch' like that.

The way he's been increasingly off the rails I'd say the former or maybe a combo of both. Either way he's still a lying narcissistic bigoted POS who's killed and harmed tens of thousands with his incredible incompetence and shit stirring so my sympathy for him is totally flat-lined.
