You can clearly see it. He can't bring a cup to his mouth with one hand - needs to assist with the other. There have been MANY strange things going on physically lately. I'd be very surprised if there hasn't been a medical incident in the not too distant past.

I've noticed it on other occasions, as well. I remember one of his early COVID-19 dog-and-pony shows, where he was holding thick report in on hand. That arm was straight down by his side. He had to reach across with his other arm to take it to hand it to someone else, while it kept dangling there. I'm thinking he had a stroke on that one day.
