(31,777 posts)1. I survived the Bush pResidency by watching the West Wing
and watching over again...
and I have watched it again starting in 2017... just to remember what Presidential looks like.

(Sadly I don't have it where I am now, only at a friend's house but I'm staying home; will get it again, in December? when it converts over to HBO.)

(31,777 posts)3. yeah, I broke down and bought the entire series
on DVD... comes in a "Presidential Display Case" and there is some extra scenes and set tours and interviews with the stars, the directors, writers, and with real Presidents and West Wing staffers is great stuff.
The interview with John Spencer talking about being a stage actor before this and his relationship with Martin Sheen is great.
