Hallandale is a beach community with a population of 38,000. My question is: why does a small beach town 20 miles north of Miami need a SWAT team in the first place?

It has always been an area full of nothing but expensive high-rises owned by pretty rich people. It's now mainly rich people who speak Russian. In a county that is very blue.
This is nothing but a grandstanding crybaby act. HB does not need a SWAT team. The protests in Broward and Palm Beach County have been controlled, except for asshole cops trying to start stuff by striking protestors. I have been to several protests in the area.
