others in line at the drive thru. Hell he was essentially shooting Rayshard in direct line of another white care that had recently pulled in.
Really really bad judgment. On all counts. Not the kind of guy who should hold a badge.
Hair Trigger finger No place for him in that line of work.

Cars packed with families and no way of escaping the idiot cop who was shooting in their direction. He was on an ego trip, enraged that the black guy broke free, took away his taser and was escaping. He wanted revenge and the only thing he was focused on was retaliation.
All those people waiting in line to get their food were lucky they didn't become just another statistic in the long list of collateral damage in the wake of police violence.
