1. My way of dealing with people who refuse to wear masks in the grocery store

is to thank someone who is wearing their mask. I let them know how much I appreciate their efforts while making sure I speak loud enough for the selfish idiot(s) to hear. I'm especially appreciative if they have children wearing masks.

2. At Kroger's the other day,

I thanked a man and his two teen-aged/tween-aged sons for all wearing masks.

Next time, I'll wait until I'm near folks who are not wearing masks. Thanks for the good idea!
