11. Is there an example historically where a President who falls out of favor

with the American people has a sudden reversal in popularity and goes on to win re-election? tRump has never been wildly popular with most Americans. His approval ratings have never been a good with the majority of the citizens. Now with so much falling apart around us and not seeming to get much better, their strategy seems to be happy talk. Just pretend all is well and that things are looking up. Once our minds have changed in such large numbers, can we be manipulated to vote for Such a horrid man? (I’m using we as a collective we.
