technically not a decision, just a decision not to decide - and HIS very own hand-picked justices didn't do his bidding! Will he try to fire them (which of course he can't do)? Will he rage-tweet about them and call them Democrat losers? Stay tuned!

don't look politically motivated when they throw down another obviously politically motivated conservative decision 5 to 4.
