?1592193903"The woman in that racist video from San Francisco, where she confronted a (non-white, of course) man for stencilling Black Lives Matter on his own property, has now offered an apology:"
She wants to sit down with him, sip coffee and discuss race- Now this is the same women who on one day----
"retweeted a QAnon post, an Ann Coulter post, and multiple Breitbart posts. She dissed "illegal immigrants," Greta Thunberg, and Governor Newsom for helping the homeless. She opposed the shutdown to stop Covid-19, she called for Obama to be subpoenaed, and wanted to save the world from globalists using Covid to establish a new world order."
Amazing, just amazing how one's mind can pivot 180 degrees in such a short time.

"How much do they pay you for trimming the hedges?" the woman asked him
"They don't pay me anything, ma'am. But I do get to sleep with the lady of the house every night "
The story is probably apocryphal, but most black people who move into "white" neighborhoods can tell many stories about being mistaken for the help. My mother was frequently assumed to be the maid by neighbors and service people. She was always amused watching the look on their face and the abrupt change in delivery people's and repairmen's words, attitude and demeanor when they realized that she wasn't the maid but the person who was going to pay them.

(92,110 posts)But do you really believe she is?
I would put money on the likelihood that she will turn this into a media event for the sole purpose of trying to revive her business.

But not before telling the press she:
"retweeted a QAnon post, an Ann Coulter post, and multiple Breitbart posts. She dissed "illegal immigrants," Greta Thunberg, and Governor Newsom for helping the homeless. She opposed the shutdown to stop Covid-19, she called for Obama to be subpoenaed, and wanted to save the world from globalists using Covid to establish a new world order."

(19,001 posts)That's what they don't get, these issues aren't really open to discussion, she's a bigot who believes insane conspiracy theories. How can you discuss anything with someone who believes total nonsense? This isn't debating gun control, school of choice, or campaign finance reform where people can come to their conclusions on both sides from a set of sane facts. This is someone who believes hate, who believes conspiracies, and who needs to come back to planet earth to have the ability to be part of any real discussion.
He should turn her down for her cup of coffee offer, she's racist, it's her problem, no need to give her some cover for it or to legitimize her racist beliefs.

There's a most excellent twelve minute interview with him at this link that totally merits a view (he's as sharp as a tack and extremely articulate):

(2,498 posts)Maybe she should have talked first before she went off the deep end. Kudos to him for being willing to educate, but I fear that his words will fall on deaf ears. She's trying to save face now and she may be just a little concerned about hate crime statutes.
