Turns out the machine wasn't rinsed enough. Was a mistake, not a murder attempt. Leave it to cop unions to say something stupid, then MSM running with it. I am sure ABC will retract when they wake up and realize this. I wonder how many days/weeks FOX noise will run with it though.

Sure enough, the concern troll post from yesterday hoping that the employees are fired and charged turns ridiculous. As if we didn’t realize when the story broke that the cops were trying to stir up some crap.

Either the whole thing was made up by these cops, or it was general negligence that caused the shakes to be harmful. The latter circumstance is not good for Shake Shack.
