It's the look of a buffoon.

It could always be PSP Frontotemporal Dementia, which would take away the humor.

But we need that look of buffoonery just to get a laugh.

It's partly because we know or can intuit that every move he makes, every gesture, is practiced over and over in front of a mirror since he is a consummate portrayer of image and appearance. He knows how he wants to look at all times. So this episode is satisfying.

Dementia and possibly congestive heart issues. I know he doesn't look well at all , and his mental decline is pretty obvious now, with his slowed movement and inability to walk well at times. trumps sick, but he'll never admit it .
