So Trump signs an executive order, because he knew McConnell wasn't going to take up a bill.....

and vote on it in the Senate? Yet, those very same people said Obama over stepped his power to use the executive orders to get things done! Who are they kidding! Trump signs them to protect the GOPers and Obama signed them to get things done!
