3. They are *trying* to block it. They will not succeed, because

1. It's already out. The media have it and the leaks have commenced; and
2. Bolton had it vetted for classified material for four months and there wasn't any; and
3. Enjoining the book from being published would be an unconstitutional prior restraint as in the Pentagon Papers case; and
4. They didn't sue the publisher, just Bolton himself.

Ali Velshi quoted the book 1/2 ago or so re: drumpf asking Xi for China's help to win re-election. The paragraph ended with Bolton saying he couldn't give the exact words drumpf said because the (whatever the NSC review committee is called) removed it/wouldn't allow it.
