My own theory on Trump vs. Native American peoples

Trump has refused to release funds to Native American tribes to fight COVID. First Nation tribal lands are some of the worst hit areas of the country.

It finally hit me. All the blowing up on heritage sites, the selling off national parks for mining (destroying burial sites in the process), the seizing of tribal lands, cancelling tribal charters. It's revenge.

Back in the 80's and early 90's, Trump wanted to open casinos, but had to partner with a Native America tribe to do so. Every single tribe refused to partner with him. After this, he sued the Bureau of Indian Affairs in an attempt to seeking to overturn the federal law allowing "Indian gaming". Trump said that he himself “might have more Indian blood than a lot of the so-called Indians that are trying to open up reservations" (Don Imus Show). His comments were so bad John McCain ordered Trump's comments be added to the Congressional record as an example of “the kind of misinformation and misunderstanding…which have characterized discussions about Indian gaming”.

This is all revenge for them not helping him make and / or launder money back then.

for revenge when he thinks he’s been wronged. Hell, he cancelled his seriously ill great nephews(?) medical insurance.

her can hurt for the pleasure of it. I've often assumed some of his actions as president must be intended to hurt hapless "people." Both angrily punitive and just because he can. So of course this is extremely likely.
