for outdoor recreation, the mountains and environment, while backing every damned anti-environmental case that Big Business becomes involved in.

The LGBTQ case was merely an attempt to maintain his "libertarian" card, but he's no friend to any of us. Just another friggin hypocrite.

He seems to be having an identity crisis and is continuing to be a disappointment to republicans. It seems we need to take our victories where we find them.

On issues he doesn't care one way or another on. Because Roberts is more concerned about establishing his Federalist Society state, so any "rights" issues he rules on now will mean nothing once the rulings that hamper voting and oversight rights and regulations are set in stone, so to speak.
He wants to be able to claim he only rules on balls and strikes, not that he is working to manipulate the courts for an ultimate governmental change to religious Fascism.

I tend to agree.
