It wasn’t a commentary. It’s the legal test for whether an executive order will be ended by court action.

Good to know...

This case in interesting, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to go through nuts and bolts.

From what I just read about DACA, it is a 2012 Obama EO. (For history surrounding this issue: Since 1960 the federal government didn't go too negative on immigration and peaceful non-citizens were allowed to to live their lives without intrusion. Bush built the fence, but would not have gone negative on children of immigrants..Then the Tea Party shows up and they want more, so Obama writes his EO clarifying who can stay here)

Obama wrote a similar order for adult immigrants and that order was shot down by the USSC.

I am very surprised at this decision

Schumer teared up when he commented on the decision. As far as 'arbitrary and capricious?' Roberts is being too kind. It was asinine and cruel. Like everything Donald Trump supports.

The LGBT case did not surprise me (although I expected it to go 5-4)

This is really good. The children brought here do not really have written protections within the US constitution. This is more a human rights decision. I'm hoping this ruling applies to soldiers who are not US citizens.
