23. They have plumped up her hollowed out face,

Injected fillers in her lips, removed the bags from under her eyes, restyled her over processed hair and taught her some new make up tricks to fool the eye. All designed to make her outer images more appealing.

What they have not learned to do is lift up the soul, plump up her humility just a touch and give her a conscience that functions to make her a better human.

So she’ll wow ‘em when she goes on camera or struts on stage but the same garbage and rhetoric will tumble from her perky lips. The new and improved Kellyanne will turn out to be the old version after all with a new face. It won’t take long to figure her out. All that pain (and there is no plastic surgery like she had without pain) for nothing really. Just a brief moment of Gee Whiz and then it is back to usual. Hope she enjoys it while it lasts.....maybe a day or two.

Surgery, lasers, probably Vampire facial, a ton of collagen fillers (Juvederm) and Botox. A lot of work went in to that transformation.

The reason I know this is a filter is because in the "glamour shot" it looks like she had a nose job, when in reality her nose looks exactly the same

She could have something done to smooth a few wrinkles, but she didn't have a nose job.
Time will tell.

I'm inclined to think that since Fox redid her nose, they redid her entire face. It's really stupid to give someone a news job when there isn't one.
