The definition of classified is based upon the information's ability to cause harm to the US and the level of classification is based upon the magnitude of damage. Much of what he is trying to classify is information demonstrating his own ignorance. I could probably understand that exposing to hostile foreign powers the extreme ignorance of our president could cause us harm I suppose.
