This one shows bachelor's degree of higher at 24%.

Then just Google racial demographics of Kentucky and the first thing that pops up shows 87% white.

According to the most recent ACS, the racial composition of Kentucky was:
White: 87.08%
Black or African American: 7.98%
Two or more races: 2.25%
Asian: 1.41%
Other race: 0.99%
Native American: 0.22%
Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander: 0.06%

7. How does that compare to KY as a whole?

If KY has 43% Russiapublicans and 20% Democrats, the survey could potentially be OK. And to be clear, I am still pretty skeptical of it.

Whites made up 88% of the Kentucky electorate in 2016.

Non-college grad was 61%.
