I am in SoCal.... Los Angeles..... San Fernando Valley
I had to go to 3 places today: Bank of America, CVS and Joann's Fabric store. Everyone I saw had a mask on. The only one not wearing a mask was a guy panhandling outside CVS.
(By the way, Joann's is selling masks if anyone still needs one.... double layer cotton with a filter pocket, washable, $3.99)

when did he lift the stay-at-home order?

Shopping, exercising, family recreation etc. Im not sure why he worded it that way
