Remember? In 2016 many people thought Trump was putting on an act during the campaign.

He would change once he got to the Whitehouse. Now everyone knows that was not an act. Everyone now knows who Trump is. Some Obama voters voted for Trump. Not going to happen this time.

There were many voters who were undecided in 2016, the last minute they voted for Trump. Not going to happen this time.

In 2016 the Republicans knew for years in advance Clinton would be the candidate in 2016. They spent years waging a propaganda campaign against her and it worked. Millions of Americans falsely believed she was an evil monster. Not is not going to happen with Biden. Everybody knows who Biden is. A good decent, honest man. A man who is qualified to do the job.

2020 is nothing like 2016. Trump is going down.

1. Hillary was just so unpopular.

She was even unpopular with many Democrats.

I don't think it was just or fair, but that's just how
it was.

Biden, however, is very popular, with Dems
and even many Reeps.

It will be a landslide, and I'm hoping he has
coattails for the senate races.

2. And she still got 3 million more votes

And also, don't forget, if not for James Comey she would have won easily, that stunt cost her the election, she lost by 60,000 votes divided between 3 states. Comey's stunt flipped at least 100,000 votes in those 3 states.

So year, Hillary was not likable, but it took shenanigans to beat her.

We all know it was treason that kept her from office.

Sick and tired of this narrative.

8. We already know he has been working on a propaganda campaign against Biden.

A massive one. One that got him impeached.

Is that the point you were trying to make?

9. She was highly unpopular.

Unfortunately. And too many simply didn't understand that.

And so long as we have the Electoral College, it only matters how many Electoral votes a candidate gets. The popular vote is essentially meaningless.

So Biden being up by ten points in recent polling is nothing. What is the state by state breakdown?

Also, if he does select a black woman as his running mate, Democrats will learn exactly how deep racism runs in this country.

3. I'm not gonna lie, I was one of those. I never imagined he would/could be this bad.

And even though I obviously didn't vote for him, I still feel like a sucker for even giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Cause when I hear "CNN is ready to announce Joe Biden as the presumptive winner ..."

I'm literally going to open the car doors and trunk (and of course the garage door), crank up 'Dancing In The Streets' on my car stereo, and proceed to go out and do exact that.

Not even kidding.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/compost/wp/2016/06/20/waiting-for-pivot-a-gop-tragicomedy/

An excerpt:

Vladimir Ryan and Estragon Priebus, members of the GOP establishment, sit glumly in rags beneath a small leafless tree, next to a slowly decomposing elephant carcass. They wear matching flag pins. Estragon struggles mightily to remove his “Jeb 2016” button. At last it comes off with a pop.

Estragon: Nothing to be done.
Vladimir: I’m beginning to come around to that opinion.
Estragon: Let’s go.
Vladimir: We can’t.
Estragon: Why not?
Vladimir: We’re waiting for pivot.
Estragon: For pivot?
Vladimir: The Trump pivot. To the general.
Estragon: He pivots?
Vladimir: They say he pivots. He promised. He’s going to be presidential.
Estragon: Presidential Trump.
Vladimir: Exactly so.
Estragon: I’ll believe it when I see it.
Vladimir: We’ll see it. (less confident) Just wait.

They wait. The sun sets. The moon rises. The elephant carcass does not stir. On TV, Donald Trump denounces Mexican judges and doubles down on his ban on Muslim immigrants.

Estragon: Didi?
Vladimir: Yes, Gopgop?
Estragon: How long?
Vladimir: What?
Estragon: How long are we to wait here until he pivots?
Vladimir: He’ll pivot. You’ll see.
Estragon: I’m frightened.
Vladimir fumbles in his pocket and finds a carrot.
Vladimir: Eat this.
Estragon: What good will an old carrot do if I’m frightened?
Vladimir: (philosophical) It will accustom you to stomaching unpleasant old things that are orange in color.
Estragon begins to weep.
Vladimir: Gopgop, don’t cry.
Estragon: How can I help it? Have you read his quotes? Have you read his poll numbers?
Vladimir: No.
Estragon: Will there be anything left of us?
