Katie Hopkins Permanently Banned From Twitter

Katie Hopkins has had her Twitter account permanently banned for “hateful conduct”, the social media giant has confirmed.

The former reality TV star-turned-far right commentator has a long history of pro-Trump, pro-Brexit and anti-immigration views.

A Twitter spokesperson said: “Keeping Twitter safe is a top priority for us – abuse and hateful conduct have no place on our service and we will continue to take action when our rules are broken.

Very notable though that she's been a high profile recruit to Parler, which is trying to become the far right alternative to Twitter.

Personally I can't see the point of a far right social media network. Most right wingers have other interests outside of hating people considered "different" and sucking up to bad politicians.

Originally came to fame on the UK version of "The Apprentice" before becoming a right wing talking head with a reputation for being absolutely vile, idiotic, highly bigoted and attention seeking. Although the mainstream media now distances themselves from her, she still has a following on the far right and I think that President Fart is still a fan of hers.
