Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk and Steakhouse in Nashville, Tenn., had its beer permit temporarily pulled for breaking a city COVID-19 health order, according to a Friday report in The Tennessean.

The restaurant was slapped with a five-day suspension by the Metropolitan Beer Permit Board after it was seen serving patrons at its bar on Saturday night. The city's phase two reopening plan includes a rule that says customers can only be served at tables and booths.

Authorities were alerted after a photo of the Big Honky Tonk from Saturday showed a big crowd that included patrons at that bar.
