I can't believe some have bought into Trumps debate bluff

This clown is the worlds WORST poker player, time and time again, and yet some actually believe Trump want's a 4th debate because he's losing? wow.

He'll obviously use the lack of agreement on the 4th debate (or other clownish demands) as an excuse to cancel the standard 3 and shift the blame to Biden for running scared, claiming he wanted more debates. The pathetic projector that he is.

He is boringly predictable and not very smart.

to make future President Biden look wimpy.

We can see right through you, Donald. But you're just playing to your base, and they believe whatever your sick mind spews.

Sure, we'll debate you, anytime, anyplace. It will be fun to hear all your excuses for why you can't show up.

9. He Better Not Try That "Lurking Behind" Bullshit With Biden

He's not going to intimidate Joe like he did Hillary. Joe's liable to take a swing at him if he tries that. If he does, Joe should speak to him like a child. Just turn to him and say as condescendingly as possible, "Your chair is over there. Go take a seat while the adults talk, OK?"

16. Maybe "Intimidate" Was A Bad Word Choice

I heard Hillary talk about this moment on Howard Stern. When Howard asked her why she didn't lay into him for doing that (when the entire WORLD was hoping she would), she gave a pretty great answer. I can't remember it exactly, but she said something about how when you're coming up as a female attorney in the '60s, you learn that you have to be very measured because you'll be called "too emotional" or "bitchy" if you lash out, even when it's deserved. I wish I could remember the quote because it was a brilliant explanation. Of course, she was called "too emotional," and "shrill" throughout the campaign ANYWAY, so I wish she would have laid into him. Like I said, I wish she would have said, "Hey......GRANDPA........your chair is over THERE! Go sit down!" It was an opportunity to bloody the bully's nose and she didn't take it.

17. This highlights a problem that women and minorities face when having to deal with microaggression

We have to carefully consider every option for responding to it - do we deal with it head on or just ignore it. If we confront it head on, we're accused of overreacting, whining, etc. If we ignore it, we're criticized for not going on the attack. And we have to figure this all out in real time while we're trying to do our job.

In Hillary's case, she had to choose whether to ignore him or do what you suggested. Had she turned around and told him to back off and sit down, the reaction would have been "Wow. She sure overreacted. She really let him rattle her. She should have just ignored him." She ignored him and people say she should have confronted him. And she had to make that decision on her feet, in real time, while she was trying to answer a debate question.

it's a no-win situation we're put in.

So while you wish she had done something different, I don't think it's fair to criticize her for making the choice she did in that moment and for accusing her of missing an opportunity. That's very easy to say from the sidelines.

He may choose to grab the chance to showboat before giant national audiences. He likes to think his rallies are big deals, but any NFL game draws far larger audiences, the playoffs in the 100K range, and these debates a lot more still.
