(6,235 posts)What I find so amusing is that, from what I've read, nobody is pointing to what, specifically, is considered "classifid material" in the book.
Which tells me that the people who wrote up the injunction didn't read it.
But that's no surprise.

(63,221 posts)He is going to be in rare form tonight! First, Berman refuses to step down, and now this! What else can go wrong for him between now and 7pm? Is it too much to hope for a massive thunder and lightning storm within the next few hours? Hopefully lightning will strike and burn down the venue!

(115,693 posts)Defendant Bolton has gambled with the national security of the United States. He has exposed his country to harm and himself to civil (and potentially criminal) liability. But these facts do not control the motion before the Court. The government has failed to establish that an injunction will prevent irreparable harm. Its motion is accordingly DENIED."

So, the book will come out but Bolton might have to forfeit his profits - which would be perfect justice. If that happens I might actually buy it.
