AJC reported Delta plans to test all of its employees for the virus starting this week in Minneapolis, expanding to Atlanta, Detroit and New York.
Scared to find out what the new testing reveals (and curious as to why they havent been testing all employees who work on planes on a weekly basis)

(115,586 posts)Delta moved my job to Atlanta, where I definitely did not want to go, so I retired. Had I stayed I'd probably have been in an ICU by now because I would have been working in close quarters with others who were likely to have been exposed. I hope it won't be as bad for my old co-workers as I fear it might be.

(42,515 posts)Im so tired of seeing this type of wording in nearly every news story about COVID. Most deaths are elderly or those with underlying conditions, most people recover at home, blah, blah, blah. It diminishes those who have died or have had very serious cases.
What if 10 Delta employees had all died in a plane crash, or a terrorist attack on a hotel? The article would have had pictures and names of all ten with comments from people who knew them.
