He thrives on it.
Thus, I think he picked Tulsa and Juneteenth on purpose just as it was he that directed Nazi symbols to be put in Facebook ads.
He really cannot help himself. For his entire adult life he has only felt real when he has shocked people with white supremacy suggestions and symbolism.
Trump unwittenly lets him get away with it ecause hs ideas correspond to Millers and he like to troll people as well. (He's just not as smart.)
