I don’t know—the guy lives in the area he’s talking about and has a picture of the “cloud” on the tweet. I haven’t run across any others lately. I did read some theory back when the Blue Angels/planes were flying in honor that they were likely sprinkling virus cures or something on that order. No real facts that I’ve seen.
