90 is actually a pretty fair golfer, we are talking about 18 strokes across 18 holes from being a scratch golfer, three more strokes from being PGA tour competitive.

When I look at Trump's golf mechanics, I see a duffer, a person who is lucky to break 110 over 18 holes.

Everything from moving his ball, his opponent's ball, not counting strokes, you name it. In fact, there is a book written about his cheating by a well known sports journalist. I read it when it came out last year. Very informative. This is a good article about it.
