He just said that on Rev. Sharpton's show.
Why does MSNBC pay him to carry trump's water?

(14,971 posts)As far as rally attendance having anything to do with winning, Sanders would have been the nominee in '16 and '20 based on his huge rally attendance alone. It's meaningless.

Neither CNN or MSNBC carried it. Only Fox and CSPAN. MSNBC cut in at times. It was clear they were making fun.
What really gave me a laugh was seeing all those workers dismantling a $60,000 bullet proof glas that was never used.
The plane flew over to see the crowd, there wasnt any.

(14,565 posts)Hillary should have listened to Hewitt in 2016. He was the only TV guy who consistently analyzed the debates correctly. Immediately after every debate Hewitt insisted that all of the point to point analysis meant absolutely nothing. He said Trump was effectively winning the debates because he was getting the jump on Hillary in terms of emphasizing job loss in Ohio and other midwestern states. Hewitt said one swing voter after another in those states was hearing Ohio but associating it with themselves and their family, no matter where they were.
It was 100% correct. I posted it in the related debate threads. I couldn't believe Hillary was so ignorant of the situational influence in the key states that she allowed Trump to seize the issue in all three debates.
The exit polls revealed that Trump won the voters who decided based on the debates. Somebody like Rachel Maddow is not going to fathom that at all, because she is so limited all she can contemplate are the point to point debate scoring aspects and not the real world realities of what people are hearing and reacting to.
