Virginia L. Giuffre vs. Alan Dersh set for this upcoming Tues by a federal district judge of SDNY

Ummm... wait a sec... the hearing for AlanDersh vs. Virginia L. Giuffre set for this upcoming Tues by a federal district judge of SDNY was filed on 6/19/20... the SAME DAY Barr tried to oust Berman from SDNY!

What is going on here?

are for things like scheduling. NYC just entered Stage 2 of reopening and the judge probably wanted to start scheduling discovery or the trial date.

I wouldn't put any weight on this alone.

Dershowitz as defendant. The US attorney’s office for the SDNY has no involvement in these cases.
