I have said this before but need to again.

I grew up in the Methodist church in GA. I never really believed in a literal Hell. I thought it was just like all those Bible stories, a way to teach a lesson.

Now with all the awful things going on in our country, I hope there is a literal Hell. There are so many people who deserve punishment that they may never receive on Earth. I want them to suffer. I want them to learn and understand. I know that "Vengeance is mine", saith the Lord", but I still crave that revenge.

OK, it is Sunday, I truly hate Father's Day. I am 70, my father died 60 years ago next week. So this is my state of mind.

I hate most holidays where there are expectations. I know no one is going to change this tradition just for me but do they realize how Mothers Day and Fathers Day can affect many people? My mother has been gone for 53 years and my father for 48.
