Donald Trump has a massive war chest and an impressive method of posting and changing ads on Social Media. One of the reasons that Trump is doing badly is because Trump has no foil to go after. When Trump and Hillary were both campaigning, Trump kept making fun of Hillary's every move. He cannot do that with Joe Biden, so he had to go with the lie that Biden had never done anything meaningful in his live. Biden worked a great deal on the ACA, which is something that a lot of Americans care about.

One thing that Biden has learned from Presidential elections is to pinch his pennies during campaign season. Tons of candidates dropped out from the 2020 Dem Presidential Primary because they simply ran out of money. They ran out of money because when money was pouring into their campaigns, they assumed that that would continue, so they spent heavily. Then, when the money dried up, they had nothing left. This happened with both Kamala Harris and Cory Booker.

Not having a huge crowd will be somewhat of a problem, of course, but limiting the allowable numbers, spreading them evenly, and all required to follow guidelines will make it noisy, but safe, a loud, clear and differentiating message to people watching from home.
