It may be to have someone on the inside that would allow them to still be able to send all the assets out of country.

Barr would certainly be cooperative with that, I imagine...

Just another "security" measure, like the turd installing his own general postmaster over the entire USPS. What could possibly go wrong with mail-in-voting, in that scenario?
