He owes 1.8 MILLION to these locations, at last count. He swoops in, leaves in a huff, and the cities are stuck with the bill.

To the next rally locations in Wisconsin and... oh, I can't remember, they would be wise to insist that he pay them UP FRONT, or they will NOT provide logistical support. This way, I am not out of money when I begin a client project. The rest is due when the project is done. I had just one client skip on me, but ai collected half up front in the 15 years I have been in business.
