Jim Sciutto: Of course Bolton's testimony would have mattered.

Remember, the two main GOP defenses during impeachment were (1) no proof Trump himself delayed aid & (2) it was just a difference over policy. Bolton says it was: Trump’s decision, politically motivated, & part of a pattern. Of course his testimony would have mattered.

...all kinds of garbage to enter the record “without objection.” The record’s contents seem spurious at best.

Would have felt better if he’d testified, but even more outraged and frustrated when the senate still did nothing.

It’s a push (for me).

Don't know if it would have moved the outcome with the Russian Repug Senators, though. They are traitors, just like him. It might have moved enough to make a difference in the vote, but Bolton chose $$$ over country as Repugs usually do.
