9. Here is one BIG problem with mail in votes in this situation

If the deadline is the day of or before the election, you can't get the final tally in that night or every in the next few days.

PA expanded its mail in voting for the primary this year and the number of Ds who voted by mail was much greater than Rs, and the "normal" returns we are used to that come in a few hours after polls closed showed that 45 had more votes than Biden and Bernie had total - when all of the mail votes were counted and the final tally came in a a few days later, Biden and Bernie had a good bit more votes than 45.

He W I L L declare victory election night if it works out like this in November, and it will be a HUGE mess.

Vote by mail ballots may be mailed in the same day the voter receives them, and must be received by the time the polls close on Election Day. Ballots are sent out early enough to give everyone time to get their ballot back in time. It can even be dropped off at the County Elections Office.

However, the mail in ballots are counted daily as they start to come in. When Early Voting begins ( and we have 10 days of EV), those totals are electronic, and EV closes 3 days prior to Election Day, so those totals are ready. The first load of results is EV and VBM.

The point is we do not have to wait for VBM to be counted. It has been done by Election Day. I do not understand why everyone doesn't do this. Texas does allow extra days for overseas ballots especially military

B) Setting us up as defending vote-by-mail so that HIS cheating is legitimized.

Here's how November is going to go:

Lots of vote by mail.
Trump cheats his butt off.
IF we aren't prepared, then Trump wins the vote, and points to our defense of vote-by-mail to undercut any attacks/investigations on his cheating.

It's what he (and the right wing) DOES. If they know they are going to commit a crime, they accuse someone else of it FIRST.

The moral of the story is:
He is TELLING us THAT he is getting ready to cheat-by-mail.
He is TELLING us HOW he plans to cheat-by-mail.
