1. CNN takes a middle position

Worldometers is one of the higher counts, Washington Post only lists 118,182 right now. I suspect the actual number is even higher, due to both intentional and unintentional under-counting.

2. I've noticed this too, all the different sites have been a few thousand off ncov2019

for a couple weeks now. First I thought it was a tracking anomaly, ncov2019 is the #1 tracking site.
