[link:|
For context it is directly below his right neck labia.
Edit: He couldn't wear his tie because they did something to his neck.
What could it possibly be?

(31,261 posts)Trump simply doesn't have healthy looking shoulders, that picture made him look like he has been working out. My shoulders are fit, but the angle downward, Trump's shoulders were square and frankly, impressive looking. He had to have had on shoulder pads, that was likely the reason he had his tie undone and shirt open, those pads get hot.

(14,918 posts)"Why is this medication prescribed?
Rivastigmine transdermal patches are used to treat dementia (a brain disorder that affects the ability to remember, think clearly, communicate, and perform daily activities and may cause changes in mood and personality) in people with Alzheimer's disease (a brain disease that slowly destroys the memory and the ability to think, learn, communicate and handle daily activities). Transdermal rivastigmine is also used to treat dementia in people with Parkinson's disease (a brain system disease with symptoms of slowing of movement, muscle weakness, shuffling walk, and loss of memory). Rivastigmine is in a class of medications called cholinesterase inhibitors. It improves mental function (such as memory and thinking) by increasing the amount of a certain natural substance in the brain."...(more)

(34,069 posts)I take it no one has every tried to color correct a photo taken at night . . .
All sorts of artifacts and odd coloration show up. The shirt is almost certainly an artificat of injecting color back into the rest of the image which would have looked closer to grayscale in the original. The process also sometimes creates starker contrasts (the "bandaid" than exist without manipulating the color.
(I take underwater photos wthout a flash - when I get the correction right, the colors are far better than a camera mounted flash colors. when I don't - they look weird, like this one.)
