But what if it's more serious? What if it's a neurological condition? He didn't merely trip, he fell to all fours. Looks like it might be a coordination thing. Or depth perception. He did jog up the stairs. So that's more impressive than his boss, but maybe he was too winded to make it the rest of the way. The tripping might be a metaphor for his drug use? Hey, just throwing this out there. Maybe people are saying? In any case, it reflects poorly on America. Is this making America great again, or is he making America a laughingstock? Or maybe this was a sympathy trip so that his master can shift the discussion of the ramp and water to Pence and his failure to make it into the plane unscathed.

But I knew he was going to trip and so was on the edge of my seat as he neared the top.
