They brought these kids from other colleges to show how much the poor conservatives are picked on. They are all members of local chapters, I'm sure. The event sponsors most likely gave tRump the timetable of events/speakers. He was just the fluff/filler to let Turning Point raise some $$$ and get more kids brainwashed.
